- On dec 1,we had no other option, so again shopped to T.Nagar. But this time, my aunt and brother too accompanied. We went by flying train so that we could view the whole city. Saw chepauk stadium, new secretariat. My brother is crazy of cricket and he was jumping with joy after seeing the stadium. It started to drizzle and we purchased only 2 dresses. It was so cool.
- On 2nd, I was so tired and so stayed in home with my aunt. My mom, dad and my brother went to mylapore. I was reading " The Double Life Of Ramalinga Raju". Left Chennai in the evening . While moving through Tambaram, I witnessed a horrible accident. A man aged 50, slipped from the train and his legs were crashed while trying to get hold over the moving train. His legs and hands were crashed in seconds. Couldn't still forget that incident.

Experiences in Chennai
- On 27.11.'10, left to chennai by train. The train was scheduled at 11.00 , but then it was delayed by 30 mins. Myself and my mother almost slept.
- Reached Chennai at 9 in the morning. Went to Besant Nagar beach in the evening. It was like as if the whole people of Madurai were placed in one place. Such a big crowd. Chennai people are actually lucky because they have lots of places to refresh themselves compared to Madurai. The highlight of that day was our discussion about the presence of evil spirits after watching Neeya Naana show. My aunt, mom were saying their own experiences. The topic then shifted to humans before and after birth.
- On 29th , went to Royal women's hostel in Nungambakkam. In the evening, went to my grandma's house in Mylapore. Actually , that was my first visit and haven't seen her before. She is my grandma's sister. She embraced me and I felt like seeing my own grandma ( my dad's mom had died before my birth). Had a great time as she was saying about her old experiences, my dad's activities as a child. Couldn't forget the experiences with the dog over there. It kept barking at my brother till we left the house. Then headed towards Marina beach. As always we had a discussion and our topic was about aeroplanes, pilot, galaxy, gravitation force. My brother was the source for all these topics. Returned to home by flying train. In the night, we started discussing about the varieties of names.
- On 30 th, went to T.Nagar leaving my brother with my aunt and uncle. Shopped till 3.00 and got my favourite book Twilight. In the evening, went to Grand Sweets near my aunt's house. It is a very big shop and they give something to eat for the customers. Myself and my brother had a small fight there. We ate kuli paniyaram ( i always wanted to eat it, but didn't get a chance ). It was like onion dosa..:). My uncle left to tiruchengode and we then played "Find the word"

Returned to home..:)
Returned to Madurai after an unforgettable visit to my aunt's house in Chennai. It was at morning 3.30 we reached our house.
Today morning,I realised that its been 1 week since I wrote down what i felt. Empty pages in my diary stood testimonial to this fact. My mind is so crowded with thoughts.. I just dunno which one to pen down..
lots of mails in my inbox...my score went down in gild as i didn't come online..:(
But went to lots of places and had a great time with my uncle and aunt, brother.

Packaged tours Vs Personalised tours.
To begin with, suitability of either of (packaged or personalised tours) them depends a lot on a traveller. Both tours have their own merits & demerits. In a tour, major hassle & cost involve on two counts-stay & transportation; one should choose the type of tour where one has better solution available to him on these two counts. If you can organise yourself well or don't mind taking due pain on these two counts, one should go in for personalised tours for greater enjoyment, flexibility, cost saving, overall control of tour to match concurrent needs etc. These days with the help of internet, blogs, reviews & information on various channels, one can come to know of many significant aspects of one's tour before-hand. One can browse, enquire, speak to, cross check for authentic info and plan executable customised personalised tours / itinerary very well. However, in case of 1st trip to un-friendly areas/countries, due consideration for packaged tours is essential. If chosen packaged tour, one can 'explore' for "customised package tour " . But under every plan one must have complete written details meticulously of the packaged tours to ward off any deceit, compromise and unfair treatment during the tour plus the ability to tackle breaking of promise / deficiency in service when tour is on.
