I happened to see this video yesterday. My brother after watching this smiled at me. I too liked it a lot. He said that he would give me a blank cheque after he becomes a big buinessman...:)

I happened to see this video in my sister's blog. Good video on meditation.
It says like if we start to fight,then the antagonist would be encouraged to do more.Silence is always a best tool and that silence can be best obtained through meditation.
